Plus Energy's corrugated box printers come in two series, NC and CNC. Both are water-based flexo printers; the difference is automation level.
Series Overview and Suitable Box Types
Plus Energy's water-based flexo printers are built specifically for corrugated box printing, not label printing. The front-edge feed section uses servo motor drive, and the printing section integrates a pneumatic ink system to keep color registration stable; the doctor blade system, dust suction, and similar functions are available as options. Whether you're printing outer box markings, brand graphics, or barcodes, this series covers it as long as the substrate is corrugated board.
NC Series vs CNC Series
The two series differ in automation level:
| Item | NC Series | CNC Series |
|---|---|---|
| Automation | Standard configuration | Higher computer-control integration |
| Changeover / plate adjustment | Manual | Handled directly by the control system |
| Best fit | Simple order structure, infrequent changeovers | Multiple SKUs, frequent changeovers |
Both series share the same feed and printing core structure, so print quality is consistent; the difference is purely automation level.
